Groups in North Norfolk

Reflective, relational and professionally held group spaces for counsellors, psychotherapists and future therapeutic development.

A space for shared learning, reflection and growth

Alongside my one-to-one therapy and training work, I offer group spaces designed to support learning, reflection and development in a thoughtful and relational setting.

Groups can offer something unique: the opportunity to think, feel, learn and grow alongside others. In the right environment, they can become spaces of connection, shared understanding and professional or personal development.

My current group offering is the AEDP Introduction Group, with scope for additional groups to develop over time.

AEDP Introduction Group

The AEDP Introduction Group is a 3-hour monthly in-person group for qualified counsellors and psychotherapists who would like an introduction to AEDP and the opportunity to begin developing some of its core skills in practice.

The group offers a supportive and grounded space to learn more about AEDP through a combination of didactic teaching, discussion and experiential reflection. It is designed for practitioners who are curious about AEDP and would value a steady, accessible introduction to its relational and transformational approach.

AEDP — Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy — is a model rooted in attachment, trauma healing, emotional processing and transformational change. This group offers an opportunity to begin engaging with some of its core principles in the company of others.

What the group offers

The group is intended to provide:

  • an introduction to AEDP and some of its core ideas

  • opportunities for reflection and discussion

  • learning in a supportive, in-person setting

  • the development of core relational and experiential skills

  • space to think more deeply about therapeutic process and change

  • connection with other practitioners interested in emotionally engaged practice

This is not simply a teaching space, but a reflective and relational one, where learning can emerge through both theory and shared exploration.

Who the group is for

The AEDP Deliberative Practice Group is for qualified counsellors and psychotherapists who would like to deepen their knowledge, develop their practice and explore AEDP in an accessible and professionally held setting.

Whether you are newly interested in AEDP or looking for a way to engage with it more experientially, the group offers a supportive place to begin.
